Martins Wood is the neighbourhood in the north of the town, between St Nicholas and the Pin Green industrial area. Martins Wood Primary on Mildmay Road is the middle of it.
The housing is mostly later New Town, which means the first consumer unit has usually been changed already and the second one is coming due. We do a lot of lighting work up here too, particularly kitchen and loft schemes where the ceiling is coming down anyway.
It is a short run from our base in Great Ashby, so faults in Martins Wood are among the quickest we get to.
