Commercial Electrical Installations
We cover the commercial side as well as the housing, from the units along Gunnels Wood Road in Stevenage to shops, offices and surgeries right across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. Dental refurbishments are a particular specialism of ours, where the installation has to suit the equipment and the surgery has to be back in use on the day you promised your patients.
We are used to working around a live business. We are just as used to a programme on site alongside other trades. Out of hours where it suits you better. Everything is tested and certified, with the paperwork ready to go straight into your files.

Commercial questions, answered
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. A lot of our commercial work happens early, late or at weekends so the business keeps trading. We agree the hours before we quote, so the price already reflects them.
How often does a commercial property need an EICR?
Usually every five years. Some premises need it more often. Your insurer or your landlord may set a shorter interval, so it is worth checking the lease.
Do you handle dental practice refurbishments?
Yes, it is one of the things we do most. Surgery installations have their own demands around equipment supplies and where things can safely sit. The deadline to reopen is rarely flexible.
Can you maintain our building as well as install?
Yes. Plenty of our commercial customers keep us on for the ongoing work: reactive repairs, lamp changes, testing and small alterations as the space changes.
