Pin Green is one of the later New Town neighbourhoods, on the north-east side of the town between the Old Town and Chells. The housing is the newer end of the New Town build, so most homes here have had one consumer unit change already and are about due the next.
The Pin Green Industrial Area sits about a mile up the road towards St Nicholas. We work both ends of it. Rewires, fuse boxes and fault finding in the houses. Unit fit-outs, lighting, testing and maintenance for the businesses, including those at Chrysalis Park.
If you run a unit up there we can work around your hours rather than yours around ours. Everything comes with the certificates your insurer wants to see.
