Stevenage is home. We are based in Great Ashby and work right across the town, from the Old Town High Street down to Broadwater, out west to Symonds Green and across to Chells and Shephall in the east.
Being the first of the New Towns gives Stevenage a very particular mix of work. The 1950s and 60s estates around Bedwell, Broadwater and Shephall are at the age where original wiring and old fuse boxes give up, so rewires and consumer units keep us busy. Great Ashby and the newer estates are a different job again, mostly car chargers, lighting and extensions. On the commercial side we cover the units along Gunnels Wood Road, the shops around Town Square and Roaring Meg, plus surgeries and offices across the town.
Every neighbourhood below has its own page, because the work really is different in each one. We work right across the rest of Hertfordshire too, from Baldock and Royston in the north to Hemel Hempstead and St Albans in the west and Bishop's Stortford in the east.
