St Albans is the far end of our patch and well worth the drive. The housing is as mixed as it gets, from the old streets around the Abbey and Fishpool Street to the Victorian terraces near the City station and the newer estates out towards London Colney.

The older property brings rewires, fuse boxes and careful work in listed and conservation buildings. The newer stock is more about extensions, lighting, extra circuits and car chargers. We take both. Both get priced the same way: one fixed figure agreed before anything starts.

There is a lot of commercial work here as well and it suits us. Shops, offices and surgeries around the city centre, planned around your trading hours. Dental refurbishments are a specialism of ours, so a practice that has to be back open on a set date is familiar ground.
